Keeps On Going!

Has Everyone seen our new website? www.mybunnyandme.com We think it's so awesome! I have to thank Phyllis Chotin of Chotin Communications! Not only has she finished the website that works efficiently ... but it screams hi tech! And with her help, My Bunny and Me is about to have a brand new brochure that is at print from my friends at Fed Ex/Kinko's out in Thousand Oaks, Thank you Rob!

So much has been going on since our last posting. The trail we are on just keeps getting more exciting and I'm not sure where to start. Most everyone I meet on the journey My Bunny And Me are on, keeps bringing only the finest people into our world.

Many people ask me why I do what I do, what is my passion? My answer is: It's watching people come together, it's watching people come together and make a difference. Knowing that we are apart of something bigger like The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society that does so much to create patient services, and help with financial support and RESEARCH to find a cure for blood disease. How could that not feel fabulous to to be apart of?

So many people to say Thank You too, we had a wonderful lunch with Candi Dygert who purchased a sweet bunny named Salvo and Candi is a friend I met at a networking event. She is a lovely lady who also sells Cabi Clothes,a fabulous line of clothes that I happen to be cazy about. So I ordered a fabulous blouse from her. I love trading money with people who help to support us! Candy's website is www.fashionlady.Cabionline.com.. Thanks Candi!

This past week was extra special because being apart of the Executive Committee for the Light The Night Walk of 2010 is forcing me to really step up and it's exciting and challenging but most of all rewarding. We had our Kickoff breakfast at the Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills who continue to be our supporters, thank you for that! I wanted to personal thank Kathy Rappaport who came to represent the Warner Center Business Professionals a networking group that really makes a difference! (not to mention it was at 7:30 AM! thanks Kathy) Kathy is a fabulous photographer and her site is flashfrozenphotography.com. And to Phyllis Chotin of Chotin Communications Chotincommunications.com and Stacey Dawes of Funkie Junk, Funkiejunk.com both ladies represented "Our Common Thread" with grace and style and it was just as early! and My friends Sandy Reid, and Beth Blair, two wonderful women who help other women become and remain financially stable took the time, to represent another Network called VIVA! This is support! And we feel the love!

The Big Corporations don't really know the power of people who own their own business! Watch what these teams will do ... !

However, we are delighted to also have a Corporate sponsor with Walgreens! Yep! This wonderful man named Jerry sat at my table at a Chamber of Commerce Meeting. He and his assistant came to our breakfast and Walgreen's has agreed to have 7 stores participate and sell paper balloons, along with creating a team! How exciting is that? Another reason why going to networking and Chamber events is what My Bunny And I Do! You never know who you will meet. Which brings me back to the mantra I say every night .. "I only attract the finest people into my life!"

And here we are with with Councilman Dennis Zine who supports our Light the Night Walk and starts it off on his Harley!

If you want to join our Team My Bunny and Me and make a difference, become a Champion for a Cure and raise a minimum of $100 and you will experience what feeling good about yourself is all about! Here is the link: http://pages.lightthenight.org/los/WarnerPk10/MyBunnyandMe

The walk is November 6th, don't worry we will keep reminding you!

Maybe we will get the reputation of the Bunny That Keeps Nagging ...instead of Giving!

Naw, I have a t-shirt that says .. I'm Not A Nag, I'm a Motivational Speaker .. so just join it and make me stop asking! So Are You Motivated ? Sure you are .. sign up and Walk With Us!

Thank you all .. until we meet again .. on the Bunny Trail .. Continued Gratefulness to you all!

HIP HOP IS MORE THAN A DANCE

My Bunny and Me, we hip hop all day! We even dance hip hop on Tuesday nights at Chris Rudy's Oasis Personal Gym. If you want to join us some Tues night contact www.oasispersonaltraining.com for details.

But most of the time we are hip hopping to Networking Events! It's amazing but somehow we manage to have more fun than anyone who attends. Along the Bunny Trail, this last week we met the most amazing people.

I'm pleased to say that I can now call Miguel Gonzalez my friend! He is the owner of Philantropy Realtors. This lovely man donates a portion of his commission directly from escrow into the charity of the buyer or seller's choice! WOW! philanthropyrealtors.com has just agreed to create his own TEAM for The Light The Night Walk in November! Welcome aboard the the fundraising fun Miguel, and thank you so much! He is organizing a Motorcycle Ride to raise money, so if any of you out there want to join in that fun, let me know I'll hook you up! vrrroooom$$$vrrrrooom!

A giant Bunny Thank You to Loren West, she bought a bunny for a co-worker's child who was just diagnosed with Leukemia! God bless this little boy, Isaiah is 8 years old. I'm sure the bunny will bring him comfort while he's in his treatment. Because it's "wash and dry" it will be perfect for him while he goes thru his treatments and give him comfort! What a special and thoughtful person you are Loren, her business specializes in making hand made fabulous cards, check her website out! What a talent! www.lorenwestdesign.com

We ended up at Fun finished Friday at Red Ginger in Woodland Hills! Oh wow, the bunny had the best time of all! As you can see:

Met up with some of our networking pals. Where the gals got poor bunny hooked on Sake! I wasn't sure she was going to be up to Saturday where we attended the Mother Daughter Tea at Chatsworth Hills Academy for their Mother-Daughter- Tea fundraiser! We were there last year and were a huge hit, this year the little girls were so happy to see us! Only thing is, these little girls grew in just a year! wow! My Bunny and I hardly recognized them! Several of the girls are on my happy customer page and now I'm going to add their NEW photo's to it with their NEW bunnies. They are determined to collect one of ever color! After all, these bunnies are collector items according to one of the little girls. I said to her "YES THEY ARE! You should have one in each color" and she said "YES!" I love this little girl! They do teach those kids to think at that school!
This is Grace, and she now is starting her collection! I love Grace! :)

Until we meet again on the Bunny Trail .. stay hoppy!
